- 1/2 Cup Cream (Heavy Cream / Fresh Cream)

- 1 tbsp Cornflour
- 1 tbsp All-purpose Flour
- 1 tsp vanilla Extract
- for blueberry sauce
- 1/2 Cup Blueberries
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice

- Grind Biscuits in Mixer Grinder and then add melted Butter in it. Mix and then take a loose bottom pan & add this mix and form a uniform layer with the back of glass
- Once the Layer is Formed let it chill in refrigerator.
- For filling in a bowl add cream cheese and beat for 1 min.
- Then add sugar in it (in 3 parts) and again beat until sugar is well incorporated.
- Now add hung curd and mix for a minute. Add fresh cream and again beat for a min. Then add condensed milk and again mix for a min.
- Atlast add both flours & salt. Mix it for a minute. Add Vanilla extract/ essence and again mix and transfer the mix in loose bottom pan. Now cover the outer layer of spring bottom pan with aluminium foil.
- Now take a baking tray, add some hot water in it and then add loose bottom pan covered with aluminium foil.
- Now bake it in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 mins and then at 160 degrees for 25 to 30 mins.
- Once the cake is baked, just open the door of oven a little and let the oven come to room temperature.
- Once the room temperature is attained, take the cake out and again cool for 2 hours on kitchen counter. Then tranfer it in fridge and chill for 12 hours minimum.
- For blueberry sauce, in a heavy bottom pan add all ingredients and cook on medium flame until proper consistency is achieved. Then cool and use.
- Now unmould the cheesecake properly. Now dip a knife in hot water and then slice the cake, this will help with clean slices.
- Top it up with blueberry compote and Enjoyy.
- If you dont have blueberries you can use blueberry crush (readymade) too.
