  13. 2 cucharadas pasta o concentrado de tomate

  15. al gusto Sal y pimienta
  16. 100 gr Jamón
  17. 150 gr Queso mozzarella
  18. 1 pza Pimiento rojo
  19. 10 pzas Champiñón
  20. 1/5 pza Cebolla picada

  1. En una sartén a fuego medio echa el aceite de oliva, la cebolla y el orégano.

  8. Combina la levadura, azúcar y agua tibia en un bowl y deja reposar por 5 min.
  9. Mezclar ingredientes secos en otro bowl. Agrega huevo y aceite a ingredientes líquidos. Mezcla con batidora o con una pala los ingredientes.
  10. Traspasa la masa en la bandeja de pizza previamente engrasada. Moja tus manos y extiende la masa con las manos. No te precupes si se rompe, acomoda la masa y extiendela. Para masa más gruesa deja reposar por 10-15 minutos. De lo contrario continua con los siguientes pasos.
  11. Cubre con la salsa para pizza que preparamos previamente y agrega los ingredientes que más te gusten. Yo agregué queso mozzarella (gouda y chihuahua van bien), jamón de pavo, cebolla, champiñones frescos y el pimiento rojo le da buen sabor. Hornea a 425° F por 15 a 20 minutos.
