- Grate onion and make a tomato paste withgroundnut and green chili.
- Heat oil in pan add cumin,cloves bay leaves,hing then add onion grated and after a minute and tomato puree,add red pepper, salt, turmeric, dhania,to it.

- Put a lid on it for 2 to 5 minutes. When oil spill over the gravy and additional syrup becomes dry now add a glass of water in it.

- Take curd 2tablespoons, add red pepper salt, chat masala,turmeric, dhania,kasoori methi,and add paneer cubes mix well and keep aside to marinate for 15minutes.


- Add gram flour in paneer curd mixture, mix well.
