- 1 cup diced green capsicum,
- 1 cup diced onion,
- 2 tsp Schezwan chutney,
- 2 tsp soya sauce,
- 1 tsp soya sauce,
- 2 tsp tomato ketchup,
- 2 tsp Corn flour,
- as per taste Lil salt,
- 1/4 tsp black pepper powder,
Instructions to make to make Manchurian
- Take a mixing bowl, add maida & corn flour, mix it well. Now add all the given ingredients of batter, mix it well. Add water slowly slowly, mix it well till smooth, pouring consistency.
- Take a wok, add good amount of oil, heat it. Coat paneer pcs nicely with the batter, drop in hot oil, deep fry it until brown, make all the paneer pcs in the same manner. Keep aside.
- Take another wok, add oil, heat it. Turn off the flame. Add ginger garlic, saute it for a sec. In goes onion & green chilli, saute it for a minute.
- Turn on the flame, add red chilli, cook it for a sec. In goes diced onion & capsicum, mix it well. Stir fry it for a minute.
- Now add all the sauces one by one, mix it well. Add lil water, cook it for a minute. In goes salt & pepper powder, mix it well.
- Mix corn flour with 1/2 cup water, make slurry, add in the masala, cook it till a lil thick.
- Add fried paneer pcs, stir it nicely. In goes few onion greens & chopped dhania patta.
- Turn off the flame, take out in a serving bowl.
