  19. 1 tsp vinegar
  20. as needed Oil for shallow fry

Steps to make to make Paneer Satay

  1. Mix all ingredients of Marination except Paneer.
  2. Make semi thick paste with the help of water.
  3. Now add paneer. Keep it in freez for 30 Min.
  4. Heat oil. Shallow fry the marnited paneer.
  5. For Peanuts Souce:-
  6. Take pan add oil. Add chopped garlic.
  7. Add ginger garlic paste.
  8. Add pinuts.
  9. Mix corn flour in water. Add it.
  10. Add all soya Souce, vinegar,red chilli powder and honey.
  11. Add salt as per it taste.
  12. Cook it for 5 Min.
  13. Now in this deep fried paneer for 1 Min.
  14. Serve it hot.
