- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp dhaniya jeera powder

- For marination:- combine all ingredients for marination and mix well. And set aside for 5-10 minutes.



- Heat oil in a pan add tomatoes and onions. Leta them cook well.

- Add the paneer mixture init and cook.

- Turn over the paneer pieces when the underside turns golden brown and cook the other side.

- Preheat oven to 180℃. Spread some butter on the kulcha. Followed by chopped garlic.

- Spread pizza sauce and tomato ketchup evenly.

- Spread paneer mixture evenly. And add sliced capsicum and onion.


- Place slice mozzarella and process cheese.

- Finally sprinkle chilli flakes, salt and oregano. Place them in a baking pan.

- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the pizzas are heated and cheese bubbling and then place under the broiler.
